Optiveropticos.com processes orders in peninsula Spain and the Balearic Islands. For Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Europe and any international destination, you have to abide by the customs laws and taxes of each destination country and submit to the corresponding customs laws.
Shipping costs are 5 euros in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For purchases over 50 euros they are free, assuming the optiveropticos.com expenses. For the rest of the countries 18 euros. The shipment will be made through post .es. The price of the expenses will appear detailed in the order before proceeding to the payment.
Deliveries are made quickly, depending on availability. Products in stock between 24/48 hours, except Saturdays and holidays. For products without stock the normal according to suppliers between 5 and 7 days, maximum 15, in that case we will notify the customer of the delay, in case they are interested in waiting or we make a return. In the event that the delivery period exceeds the time agreed with the client, the client will have the right to terminate the contract.
