Models


Are all the models original?

All the models on our website are 100% original, and comply with all current regulations.


What is the difference between a standard lens and a polarized one?

Both the standard and polarized lenses protect from UV rays and absorb their intensity, but the polarized lens also eliminates the sun's reflections. The polarized lens is very suitable for both driving and outdoor sports.


What does size mean?

The size that we specify is only that of the lens, which goes from the bridge to the temple.


What guarantee do you have on your products?

All our products have a 2-year warranty provided by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects, where the customer will have 7 days to claim the exchange of the article (except Opportunities articles). When the damages are due to manipulation, or logical deterioration due to use, the guarantee will not apply. You can use our after-sales service in which we can estimate the repair you need.


Can you find the model, color or size that I am looking for?

Yes, you only have to tell us by phone, e-mail or chat, the specific model you are looking for and we will give you price, availability and delivery time.



Billing or return


Can I exchange my sunglasses or have a refund made?

Yes, you have 15 days to make the exchange or return of the merchandise in perfect condition and the payment will be effective.

If your return is for an exchange of another product, we take care of collecting it and sending you the new one free of charge, always in the first exchange. In the second, the expenses are already borne by the client.

If it is a return, without purchase, within 15 business days, 8 euros of expenses (shipping and handling) will be deducted.

What steps do I have to follow to make an exchange or return?

You have to contact us by phone, e-mail or chat, and let us know.

Once communicated, if you want a return you have to send us the package in a certified way to our address. If, on the other hand, you want a change, you have to place a new order and we will send it to you with a return, that is, when you receive the new order you will have to deliver the order you want to change to the dealer. As soon as we receive it at the optician, we will refund you.



Shipping


When will I receive my order?

If the product is in stock, in 24 - 48 hours it will be delivered to your home, if otherwise we do not have it available, within 5 - 7 days, the order will be delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

For the Express Package (GLS) delivery to Peninsula, Andorra and Portugal: FREE.
For the Certified Package delivery (CORREOS), FREE delivery to (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla ).
For the Express Package (GLS) shipment to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Cost: € 18.15.
Shipments to Europe and other Continents (POST): Cost € 12. 3 Units maximum per order. When you place an order for more than 3 units, the web will add one more transport.
Delivery is made through the Post Office and GLS.

What can I do if I am not going to be at home on the day of delivery of my order?

In case the delivery is made by GLS, they will call you at the telephone number given in the order and they will stay with you to make the delivery. In the event that the delivery is made by Post, the courier will leave you a delivery note since it is sent in a certified way, so you can go to the office to get the order.
