General conditions
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to regulate the distance sale of Optiverópticos S.L. products, hereinafter “optiveropticos.com” “web” and the people or companies that act as consumers, hereinafter “customers” for Spain, Portugal, Europe, America and Asia.

The relationship PRE.CON. MAIL. The CONTRACT entered into remotely between optiveropticos.com and customers is governed by these conditions of sale, as well as by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 for the defense of consumers and users and mandatory compliance by entrepreneurs in their relations with consumers.
The placing of an order by the client implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions, in which the contract between optiveropticos.com and the clients will be formalized.
Only clients of legal age may contract with optiveropticos.com.
Article conditions Opportunities
Opportunities is the section of articles already discontinued by the manufacturer, for which it does not have spare parts and guarantees, that is why they are opportunities. Its price is equilibrium.
The opportunities section can be very interesting when you find something that you already know and you don't have the option to buy it in a regular store, because they no longer have the product.
Some of them, not always, may have a small "defect" as a result of storage or handling, which of course does not prevent the use and enjoyment of it.
Contact lenses
In the purchase of contact lenses it is essential to take into account that the Seller sends the contact lenses as long as the following conditions are met:
- When buying contact lenses, the customer confirms that they have been prescribed by an optician or ophthalmologist and that he visits him for his eye check-up at least once a year. Optiver Ópticos is not responsible for any health damage that may be caused by the use of contact lenses, so the customer agrees to buy contact lenses that have only been tested and adapted by an eye specialist. Contact lenses require special care, the proper instructions for care and cleaning should be carried out as recommended by your optician or ophthalmologist or by following the instructions found in the product information.
- If the user has changed the brand of contact lenses, it is essential that their ophthalmologist, an optician specializing in contact lenses, verify the adaptation of the lenses. In case of side effects or eye damage, it is necessary to consult an ophthalmologist or a contact lens specialist and follow the instructions on the box.
- The tolerance of the supplied product is the exclusive responsibility of the corresponding manufacturer. The manufacturer supplies the goods in the original unopened packaging. The correct application and handling of contact lenses is the sole responsibility of the user. The indicated duration of use for contact lenses refers to a period of time calculated according to the average use. To avoid eye problems, it is essential not to exceed the period of use indicated in the instructions on the box. If irritations appear, it is recommended to stop using the lenses immediately and consult an ophthalmologist.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale, as well as any contract entered into between optiveropticos.com with the client, are governed by Spanish law.
For any conflict that may arise between optiveropticos.com and clients as consumers, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile will be competent.
Returns
The client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, however, the client will not be able to exercise the right of those assumptions provided for in article 103 of the consumer law.
You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose object is the supply of personalized articles.
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging. You must also include all the instructions, documents and packaging of the products. In any case, you must deliver along with the product to be returned the ticket that you will have received at the time of delivery of the duly completed product. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.
If it is a return without purchase, we will collect the package from the shipping address provided. Once it arrives at our warehouse, it will be verified that everything is correct and we will proceed to the corresponding payment, discounting €12 of transport costs.
The payment of the amount will be made by the same method of payment of your order, except in the cash on delivery that will be made through bank transfer.
Changes
To make a product change, the purchase of the new product will be made and, while the delivery of your order is being made, the first item will be collected. As soon as it arrives at the warehouse and is verified, we will proceed immediately to the corresponding payment.
This process does not carry expenses for a first change. In case of a second change, the expenses would be borne by the client.
Guarantee
Optiveropticos.com is responsible for the lack of conformity of the products of the contract for a period of two years from the delivery of the product, unless there is proof to the contrary of the date that appears on the ticket or invoice, excluding misuse or defective maintenance carried out by the client. For this, the client sends us the product and the possible defect or misuse is analyzed and communicated.
Customs
If the shipment generates customs expenses and taxes, they will be borne by the customer, in the case of not taking care of the customs fees, the amount of the order will not be refunded, and optiveropticos.com will not be responsible for the return package.
AFTER TWO YEARS
Optiveropticos.com has a repair service to replace parts or product needs.
